Contractors in the Phoenix Metro market

ContractorFinder is a directory, not a vetting service. ContractorFinder does not verify, monitor, endorse or guarantee any contractor. Any license details shown are reproduced from what an issuing authority published. We do not re-check it, and it may be out of date.

• License: confirm it directly with the government authority that issues it in your state or city — that record is authoritative and current; ours is a copy taken on a date.
• Insurance: ask for a current certificate of insurance sent to you by the insurer or agent, and confirm the coverage and dates.
• Reputation: ask for recent, local references and check reviews and complaint history, including the Better Business Bureau. The BBB is not a licensing regulator and a BBB rating is not a qualification.
