What to include

• Claiming a listing — the address of the listing page, and how you are connected to the business. Email a claim.
• Correcting a listing — the address of the listing page and what is wrong. Email a correction.
• Withholding a home address or removing a listing — the listing page and the reason. Email a request.
• Privacy questions — Email a privacy request.

What we cannot do

• We cannot pass messages to a contractor, arrange quotes, or recommend who to hire. Contact the business directly using the details on its listing.
• We cannot promise a response time, and a request does not by itself mean a change will be made.
• We do not resolve disputes about a contractor's work. The issuing licensing authority and your state consumer protection office handle complaints.
